At these events, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Hear first-hand from the British Consul and her team the latest information on Brexit and what this means for British nationals living in Spain
  • Speak to a Town Hall expert about your padrón
  • Clarify how you register as a resident in Spain under current rules
  • Speak to local voluntary groups about the support networks that are available for British nationals living in the area

Come along with your specific questions and residency paperwork and you will be able to speak to one of us individually.

BREXPATS IN SPAIN, working closely with other expatriate groups across the EU, will also attend to assist people with legal and financial advice and to update on the current position with their striving to defend the rights of British in Spain.

Informative meeting of the N 332
We are very pleased to welcome our first guest speaker, Mark Nolan from the N332 group to our November monthly meeting, this Friday 2nd November at the Hogar del Pensionistas. The N332 group are an organisation who give advice and information about driving in Spain. You may be aware of this organisation, who work in collaboration with the Guardia Civil and you may indeed have visited their website (N332). This will be a very interesting and informative talk.
The meeting is scheduled at 10.30 am and the talk will commence at 11am. The talk given by Mark will be followed by a brief Q & A session.
However, the Q & A will be brief as at very short notice we have arranged for Sara Munsterhjelm, the Vice British Consul based in Alicante to attend and speak about Brexit, including the importance of the being registered on the Padron. This will be a great opportunity to meet Sara and for her to answer any questions you may have.
To ensure we have adequate seating in place we request that you book to attend and if you have already done so, you do not need to advise us again unless you are now unable to attend.
We very much look forward to seeing you on Friday. However, if you are unable to attend there are many talks scheduled by the British Consulate, regarding Brexit, in the Costa Blanca region during November and December, kindly refer to the attached document for full details.
